We all work full-time and take a full course load, so looking for respectful, neat, responsible roommate. We all get the place cleaned by a professional cleaner once a month and split the cost. Otherwise, we all take care of our own personal spaces, as well as keeping commons spaces tidy such as kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. Washer and dryer provided, not coin op. Front and backyard with driveway for off-street parking. We are a laid back, social and focused on work as well as our studies. No smoking and no pets. Split the rent and the utility bills. Wifi Mesh 6 system is setup with high-speed internet and new AC unit is provided. Just looking for a person of like-minded, that focused on profession, studies or both. The space is very large, lots of open space, available storage and well-sized bedrooms too. There is a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of pantry space, we keep the spaces well-organized. Big family room with 65" 4k TV. Newer Gas Heating system. Recently painted and hardwood floors recently refinished. All brand new bathrooms with tiled showers and floors. Great location if you have classes on Umass North Campus cause it's literally one a block away. Also many restaurant options in walking distance as well as many grocery options nearby.
