In this role you will be responsible for general office duties. You will be expected to maintain the current record base of existing customers. Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing information to callers, scheduling appointments, writing memos, and assisting with presentations for clients
Answers phone and greet clients
Help plan social functions
Calendar management
Job Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast paced environment as a team player and have a strong sense of motivation will be keys to success in this well-known, stable organization
Must have at least average computer skills and be proficient with the Microsoft Office Package (Word & Excel)
Above average ability to correspond with clients, both verbal and written
Strong organizational and administrative skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
