Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our company, you will greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is detail-oriented, and can multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Sort and distribute mail and packages - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation - Handle sensitive information with confidentiality - Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred - Proficient in eaglesoft software a plus - Knowledge of dental office procedures is a bonus - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively We offer competitive pay based on experience.
