Executive Compensation Manager (Remote)

Medline Industries, LP is the leading nationwide supplier of medical, surgical and pharmaceutical products to hospitals, nursing homes, HME providers, surgery centers, physician offices and home care/hospice settings.
Due to continued growth, we are in need of a Executive Compensation Manager.
The Executive Compensation Manager will be tasked with providing the following:
Preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (developing meeting agendas, analyses and materials); Advising on structure of senior executive compensation programs and general plan design; Review of compensation-related regulatory requirements / guidance and ongoing compliance / response to regulator requests / feedback; Competitor compensation benchmarking (including tracking and reviewing competitor public filings); and reviewing, evaluating and reporting on Board of Directors compensation programs.
Significant interaction liaising with senior stakeholders and other departments such as Finance, Legal, Tax and Investor Relations.
Responsibilities Assist with developing Compensation Committee materials in a timely and accurate manner.
Support preparation of meeting materials and ensure accuracy of all documents.
Analyze and compare competitor public filings to ensure competitive positioning.
Stay abreast of trending topics in compensation regulation, including policies of the Federal Reserve, SEC, stock exchanges, and other relevant constituencies.
Monitor current or upcoming regulations for Proxy and peer executive compensation trends.
Stay apprised and report on legislation, regulations and media articles about compensation.
Recommends program enhancements as needed and manages special projects.
Assists with equity administration program.
Support Compensation Analysis development process, which includes partnering with payroll, legal and finance/accounting to gather all required information.
Support the annual pay risk assessment, coordinating with legal, finance/accounting and HR management.
Review cash incentive and equity program guidelines as compared to competitive levels, and make recommendations, as necessary.
Model potential changes.
Ensures compliance with any regulatory and policy requirements that may arise.
Manage executive compensation communication plans.
Develops themes, prepares and manages Long-Term Incentive communications.
Ensures that employee communications provide clear messaging and explanations that support strong perceived value of equity programs.
Leverages technology such as Workday for continuous improvement in the communication and administration of equity programs.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
