Although smaller ( 50 people), they're renowned for their innovative medical devices that are revolutionizing patient care in over 4,000 hospitals.
They are financially stable and self-sufficient, with no debt or outside investors.
They're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth within the Central US/Canada territory from their office in the northwest suburbs of Boston.
As the key driver for sales in your territory, you'll leverage your expertise in medical device sales, ideally within medical imaging, to forge strong relationships with hospital decision-makers.
Through strategic selling and product demonstrations, you'll expand our reach across multiple departments, utilizing existing networks to facilitate growth.
Requirements:
- Essential:
3-5 years of direct sales experience in the medical device sector, with a strong preference for candidates with medical imaging background.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within your territory (approx 1 week/month) for customer engagement and sales growth.
