Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sourcing strategy for new product introductions, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and sales, to streamline the NPI process.Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet our stringent quality and sustainability standards.Negotiate contracts and oversee supplier performance to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.Drive continuous improvement in the sourcing process, incorporating best practices and innovative solutions.Stay abreast of industry developments, market conditions, and technological advancements that may impact sourcing strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sourcing or supply chain management, preferably in the semiconductor or a related high-tech industry.Strong understanding of NPI processes and the ability to manage projects effectively.Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.Interested in hearing more?
