- Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling meetings, booking venues, and arranging catering.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records.
- Use computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases to create reports, memos, and documents.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Skills - Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently.
- Experience in event planning is a plus.
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing, and coordinating.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide friendly and professional support.
