Office Manager Position:
Part-Time, with future growth to full time Position Overview:
We are in search of an Office Manager for our Lowell, MA facility.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
Knowledge of task management software such as Slack or Jira is a plus.
Familiarity with Gov't procurement and contracting procedures will also be a plus.
The right candidate should be eager to learn and adapt.
Key
Responsibilities:
Track contract deliverables, invoices and payments.
Track proposal due dates Maintain the meeting calendars for management staff.
Track employee training records Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
Make travel arrangements and manage reimbursements for staff.
In future, we want this individual to become Facility Security Officer for the company.
Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and Adobe (Acrobat) applications Strong work ethic and a proactive mindset.
Ability to pass background check; Ability to obtain a Security Clearance a plus.
Ability to come in to Lowell, MA office at least 3 days/week Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
