Specific openings are for Administrative Assistants.
Area's seeking coverage:
Payroll, Human Resources, assistance with contract review, creating bill of materials, checking stock at vendors, placing material orders, Benefit Administration, LEED submittals, answering phones plus general office administration.
Experience in any of these area's as well as familiarity with Quickbooks, Millwork, payroll etc.
are helpful.
Full time and part time help needed.
Will train candidate with an aptitude for listed qualifications Proficient in MS Office Extremely well organized, detailed oriented, good time management skills Professional and reliable Positive attitude.
