In this role you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with potential customer inquiries.
Outstanding customer service, multi- tasking skills, and follow-through are a must.
Bi-lingual in both English and Spanish is a major plus! Responsibilities - Handle incoming service phone calls and contact customers Effectively communicate with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication- whether in person or via phone or email Manage Internet leads & respond to inquiries in a timely fashion Furnish information to customers about their request Maintain an ongoing customer database to build rapport Schedule appointments with interested buyers Qualifications - English and Spanish speaking strongly preferred Excellent customer service skills Effective time management Able to multi-task when needed Able to pass a pre-employment background check with screening Driver's license Job Type:
