Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative - Entry Level, your primary responsibility is to build strong relationships with potential customers.
You'll need to understand their needs and preferences and find ways to align our clients' products and services with their requirements.
This involves effective communication, active listening, and being responsive to their queries and concerns.
Customer Support:
Providing excellent customer support is crucial in account management.
You may need to handle client inquiries, address complaints, and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Sales and Revenue Targets:
You'll be responsible for identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities, negotiating, and ensuring a continuation of services.
This requires a strong understanding of your product or service offerings and the ability to communicate their value effectively.
Team Collaboration with other Customer Service Representative - Entry Level to achieve a joint goal.
Skills & Preferred Experience for our Customer Service Representative - Entry Level:
Experience in customer service or other customer-facing roles which required interpersonal and communication skills.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a strong indicator of success in outside sales.
