Job Description OVERVIEW The Director, Human Resources serves both a strategic and tactical role to provide full cycle Human Resources Business Partner support to the Advantage Dental
organization. This seasoned HR leader will partner with leaders and employees on organizational design, performance management, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, and compensation related and acquisition-related initiatives. The Director will develop and implement talent solutions that enhance and support the business and its overall strategic direction, while providing consultancy to senior leadership and ensuring HR programs are executed thoughtfully and in alignment with DentaQuest/Advantage Dental
culture. The Director will manage a team of 2-3 HR professionals. This role can be performed remotely in the United States and will have occasional travel of 10-15%. RESPONSIBILITIES Develops and implements talent solutions that enable business objectives while effectively balancing employee needs, culture and bottom-line results Guides leaders in areas such as change management, organizational design, talent review and succession planning, workforce planning and internal mobility to strengthen overall organizational capability and accelerate talent development Supports organization in establishing and executing an effective talent strategy (short and long term) in partnership with Talent Acquisition. Helps with the onboarding of new team members Coaches leaders on goal alignment and how to best motivate and challenge all team members to maximize performance, accountability, and engagement. Coaches employees to enhance individual contributions Guides employees and leaders in the areas of conflict resolution and performance improvement. Partners with and/or escalates to Employee Relations as needed Analyzes trends in employee turnover, hiring, promotions, and separations to determine support or action needed to adjust unfavorable trends Provides feedback and recommendations to ensure consistent interpretation of company guidelines and compliance with federal and state legislation. Demonstrates effective balance between consistency and flexibility in developing, interpreting, and communicating policies and procedures Consults and collaborates with HR colleagues on projects, initiatives, and process improvements Keeps abreast of industry and market trends, and uses these insights to inform direction of human resources policies and programs Location(s) Remote, Work from Home, Requirements JOB QUALIFICATIONS Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree. Master's degree or professional certification a plus 10-15 years' senior level strategic human resources management experience required, with an emphasis on strategic HR business partner and organizational design. Prior experience in an HR leadership role in a multi-site and multi-state healthcare, retail health or retail organization is required Experience translating a business strategy into a talent strategy Advanced knowledge and demonstrated competency with compensation, organizational development, leadership development and change management Comprehensive knowledge of federal and local employment law Experience in identifying and managing complex employee relations issues Mergers and Acquisitions experienced preferred Capabilities Strong business acumen and keen understanding of business drivers Proven talent advisor and thought leader - uses HR expertise, consultative approach, and exceptional communication skills to build trusting and influential relationships at all levels of the organization Sound situational analysis and decision-making abilities Operates successfully in a fast paced, fluid environment with experience navigating in the gray and prioritizing competing priorities Demonstrated organizational and project management skills with a focus on planning, setting priorities relative to importance and urgency, managing process, and delivering results on schedule. #LI-Remote
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
