We take pride in providing excellent care in the client's place of residence and offering a unique voluntary mental health-medical treatment plan that utilizes the collaboration of all disciplines (RN, LPN, PT, OT, and HHA) to individualize each plan of care.
Boston Home Health Aides is seeking new nurses to join our team we have AM and PM positions available.
RNs (Registered Nurses) and/ or LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurses) are encouraged to apply the pay-per-visit based on experience.
The AM shift runs between (6AM-12) and the PM shift runs between (3 PM-7 PM) Here is a list of what we offer:

The ideal candidate will be passionate about their jobs along with being a self-starter.
A brief idea of what the job entails:
Regularly reassesses the client's nursing needs.
Coordinates services and informs the physician and other personnel of changes in the client's condition and needs.
Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.
Travel to prospective clients' residences.
Lift and transfer clients.
Work in the client's home environment.
Must have a reliable car with current insurance coverage and a current state driver's license.
Must maintain current CPR certification Facilitate medical, social, and emotional needs of people with severe and persistent mental illness.
Treatment for all comorbidities Manage medications to ensure safe administration and observation of intended and unintended results Collaboration with all treatment providers to structure safety and crisis plans that are individualized and attend to the patient's unique needs IDEAL Candidate - RN - Registered Nurse - RN - Nursing - Registered Nurse RN- LPN- License Practical Nurse Job Types:
