Our client a growing, vibrant, international technical company, located near Lowell, MA is seeking a Human Resources Manager or HR Business Partner to serve as part of its North America Senior Management team.
Responsible for strategic and operational oversight of the HR department, including: recruiting, retention, policies and procedures, benefits and compensation and training. Manage, coach and mentor the human resources team while growing the regional staff and contributing to global projects.
Minimum of a Bachelors degree (Masters and/or an SPHR certification is a strong plus) and a minimum of ten years of HR management experience in a high-growth technical sales organization in a global role is required. Domestic and international travel is required (approximately 20%).
